Jamestown Kitchens is now offering  A FLAT FEE SHIPPING CHARGE OF ONLY $299.00 to all customers. On all orders regardless of  weight, size, or shape that are shipped within the United States. Jamestown's products are always carefully wrapped and packaged properly to ensure no damage. If any products should ever to get damaged during the shipping process, Jamestown Kitchens will fully replace that item at no additional cost to you, our customer. Once you order has been delivered, please take the time to look the order over and carefully inspect it for damage while the carrier driver is still present. If any damage has occurred to your products during shipping, it will be the responsibility of the customer to notify the driver of the common carrier so that it may be documented immediately. This will also ensure a quick reimbursement of  you new product.

Return Policies
Jamestown Kitchens is dedicated to our customers satisfaction. We stand behind our products for a full one year.  All sales are considered final once the checkout process has been completed. We would advise all of customers to carefully view their purchases very closely to eliminate any mistakes by over purchasing or under purchasing. Jamestown Kitchens Is not responsible for any miss-measuring, design or the fitting of cabinets in anyway and does not cover color variations or unique graining in the wood as our cabinets are constructed from natural products and this is to be expected.

One Year Warranty

Jamestown Kitchens Here by warrants to the original purchaser, for residential application only, that all Jamestown cabinets and accessories, hinges and all drawers with hidden Glides drawer glide system, including hardware, are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty runs for 12 months for your cabinets begin upon date of delivery to you. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of Jamestown Kitchens, and does not include labor for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.

Natural woods may vary in texture, color and wood grain, and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example, wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around joint area and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original color and or to warp, split or crack. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.

Claims All claims for defective and/or damaged cabinets and accessories must be submitted to Jamestown Kitchens Online at www.jamestowncabinet@aol.com and must specify defects and accompany documentation of defects present in the cabinets and/ or accessories. After Jamestown has had an opportunity to inspect the cabinets and/or accessories they will ,at their discretion, either replace defective cabinets and/or accessories or repair any defects in the cabinets and accessories.
